lasvegasclubcalendar.com is a simple low-cost online concierge service. Our support team will make the necessary steps to procure the tickets or make reservations on your behalf. lasvegasclubcalendar.com is not an official box office or venue.

The prices on our website are subject to change at any given time.


Name on Tickets

In certain cases, the name on the ticket may be different than the purchaser’s name. We purchase tickets on behalf of our customers so the card holder name and information is under our company credit card and name instead of the customer. This way, the purchaser’s personal information is never shared with any third-party company.


Booking Fees

Every order with EZ Access Booking requires a booking fee in order to ensure that bookings are reserved. The booking fee and the processing fee are non-refundable fees which we charge and retain for the services we provide in facilitating your transaction with the service provider. The booking fee and processing fee are required in order for us to hold and set up your reservation. The booking fees and processing fees do not go towards the minimum spend of any table reservations.


Cancellation and Refund Policies

Any order including tickets, reservations and bookings are final sale. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations.

If any member of your group is denied access or asked to leave an event due to misconduct or unlawful behavior, they will not be granted a refund. This includes guests who are not in proper dress code, guests considered to be too intoxicated by the venue or those who fail to provide a legal and valid form of identification (ID). If your group or any member of your group decides to not show up for the reservation, you will not be granted a refund. Venues reserve the right to refuse guests that arrive later than the reservation time.

If you encounter any issues at the event, you must contact EZ Access Booking within 3 days following the event date. Failure to do so will waive your right to a refund; not all refund requests will be honored.

In the event that a cancellation or refund is accepted, EZ Access Booking will only refund the booking fee. The processing fee will not be refunded.


Limited Liability

For tickets and table reservations, the venue reserves the right to change its policies including but not limited to table location, service fees, gratuities and artist performances – EZ Access Booking is not liable for any changes that is beyond EZ Access Booking’s control.
